What services do we provide?

Domain hosting, Domain name registration, search engine registration, free advice.

We provide direct customer contact.

You email or phone us and we call you at our cost. Like our staff who are sick of email to email, answering services and the like. We want to provide DIRECT customer service. We may be remote from you but we are always a phone call away.

How do I pay for the services?

You can pay by credit card.

What happens if I have a fault with my hosting service?

Immediately you note the fault call (see numbers below) or email info@internetservicecentre.com and report the fault.  ECWS Consulting Pty Ltd will investigate the problem and respond back to you with a result.

What about if I move?

It doesn’t matter where you are, as long as you have a local connection to the Internet via such  ISP's as AOL, ATT, Freeserve, BT, ATT, Telecom,Telstra or Primus. You can always access the server and make changes to your site!

Why are the services so cheap?

ECWS Consulting Pty Ltd has been on the net for over 4 years. During this time we have learned the lessons about how to do it smarter. We therefore want to share this knowledge with our friends and colleagues so they too can save.

When can I call customer service?

Customer service is available seven days a week at (see numbers below). We understand how precious your time is, so when we are busy, we have implemented an answering service so you can simply leave your contact details and we will call you back.
